Supervision
Good supervision sits at the heart of ethical, sustainable practice – it's where we make sense of our work, look after ourselves, and continue to grow as practitioners. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you're supported to develop your own voice and find the style of working that feels right for you.
Whether you're newly qualified and finding your feet, or an experienced practitioner navigating complex client work, supervision can offer something valuable. Together we can reflect on your casework, deepen your theoretical understanding, explore approaches that interest you, and think through any ethical or professional questions that arise. I'll be alongside you as you work things through.
I also know that this work can be hard. Sitting with another person's pain week after week can leave us feeling tired, stretched, sometimes shaken. Supervision is a place to bring all of that – the doubts, the difficult sessions, the moments that stay with you – and have it met with care.
My approach
My supervision practice is grounded in the Seven-Eyed Model, which offers a rich framework for looking at the full picture of your work – your client, the relationship between you, your own responses, and the wider context you're both part of. I also draw on developmental models that help me meet you where you are in your professional journey.
As a therapist, I work integratively, with an existential foundation and influences from person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT approaches. This same integrative spirit shapes how I supervise – curious, flexible, and shaped around what you bring.
I'm happy to work with practitioners from a range of modalities, and supervision can be offered in person or online.
